Row data to RDF

At NARAA (North Aegean Region Administrative Authorities) IT department explores row data transformation to RDF in two cases: a) EasyWeather/NationalGeographic system installed at Samos town, b) helpdesk data gathered from IT support. We use D2R server and Snorql at a glance and we plan to publish both datasets at LOD cloud.

Row data (obtained in tabular form) are transformed to/from mysql and then used by D2R server to map automatically into an rdf model.

ASE (Alignment of Smart Entities) ontology alignment tool

ASE (Aligning Smart Entities) is an ontology alignment tool for the alignment of OWL concepts/properties that describe the meaning of Smart Entities input/output data. Smart entities in Internet of Things context are the virtual representation of devices (sensors/actuators) that observe some feature of interest e.g. temperature, motion.

OWL2XmlRefAlign v.1.1

OWL2XmlRefAlign Tool is a simple tool that transforms an OWL ontology that has been created by:

a) the import of a Source and a Target OWL ontology, and
b) the manual alignments between classes of Source and Target ontologies i.e. equivalent axioms and subsumptions.

The Alignments ontology is created by following a manual process (explained below). The OWL2XmlRefAlign tool parses the Alignments ontology and transforms the alignments into a new format based on the Alignment API (OAEI).

AUTOMSv2 Ontology Alignment Tool

This second version of AUTOMS ontology alignment tool (OAEI 2006) is addressing issues related to most recent challenges of Ontology Alignment community.

AUTOMSv2 Ontology Alignment tool is extending older version AUTOMS(2006) in the following points:
1. It is re-implemented with the well-known and widely used Alignment API (by INRIA)
2. It synthesizes alignment methods at various levels (lexical, structural, instance-based, vector-based, lexicon-based) using different aggregation operators (union, Pythagorean means)

AUTOMS tool for the automatic alignment of domain ontologies

Developed in the context of a project funded in the context of my Post-doc research. The tool has been evaluated in the OAEI 2006 international contest (http://oaei.ontologymatching.org/2006/).
